Join us for a 4 course dinner paired with Italian Beers on Friday, June 9th! Seating begins at 7pm.

1st Course: Seared Ahi Tuna with spicy wasabi sauce and our roasted red pepper sauce – with Bifuel Beer. A one-of-a-kind beer created from the combination of Vermentino wine and moderately hopped wort. The result is a sparkling blonde beer with a rich bouquet that is fruity and delicate to the nose and mouth.

2nd Course: Spaghetti Bolognese – with Birra Roma Beer (Amber Lager – Marzen beer). An intense golden-colored beer of medium bitterness inspired by a German Marzen. Its malted scent is immediately clear. Soft and bitter, it’s toasted with a smokey aftertaste.

3rd Course: Veal Chop with sauteed spinach – with Onda Bionda Beer (Blonda Lager – Hellbock). German-inspired Hellbock beer with the perfect balance between malt, hops and alcohol. Though it’s full-bodied, it’s fruity and fresh making it easy to drink.

4th Course: Tiramisu – with Nera Beer (Black Lager -Schwarz beer). This German Scwhartz-inspired beer has a dark and impenetrable color. Its intense nose hits you with an aroma of toasted malt with hints of chocolate, licorice and coffee.
